Lanier Management seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team of professionals!
Individual must be:
- Pleasant
- Efficient phone manner
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
- Attention to detail
- General happy demeanor
- Able to operate office machines
- Multi-tasking ability
- Previous Experience in Property Management and/or Real Estate
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering calls about Rental Properties Inventory
- Greeting walk-in clients and assisting them with their rental needs
- Processing Online Applications
- Compile key forms; track forms
- Resupply rental flyers
- Check email rental inquiries
- Complete Earnest money forms
- Tracking of Move-in Inspection Sheets
- Maintenance Form collection
- Move Out Inspections
- Conduct New Tenant Move ins/Lease signings
- Lease Preparation Paperwork
- Final Inspections of Rent Ready properties
